- 2 tbsp (30ml) Fresh dill, finely chopped
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper, freshly ground
- 4 oz (113g) Smoked salmon, chopped
Instructions:
- In a small mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese, horseradish, chopped dill, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix well until the ingredients are well combined, taste, and adjust seasonings as needed. Add more horseradish for a spicier kick or dill for a fresher taste.
- Gently fold in the chopped smoked salmon until evenly distributed throughout the cream cheese mixture. Be careful not to overmix, as this can make the salmon mushy.
- Serve immediately with your choice of crackers, sliced baguette, or fresh vegetables.
