Ingredients:

  • 8 oz (227g) Cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) Prepared horseradish (not creamed)
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) Fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper, freshly ground
  • 4 oz (113g) Smoked salmon, chopped

Instructions:

  1. In a small mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese, horseradish, chopped dill, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Mix well until the ingredients are well combined, taste, and adjust seasonings as needed. Add more horseradish for a spicier kick or dill for a fresher taste.
  3. Gently fold in the chopped smoked salmon until evenly distributed throughout the cream cheese mixture. Be careful not to overmix, as this can make the salmon mushy.
  4. Serve immediately with your choice of crackers, sliced baguette, or fresh vegetables.
