Ingredients:
- 4 (approx. 6 oz / 170g each) Salmon Fillets
- 1/2 teaspoon Coarse Kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Freshly ground Black Pepper
- 4 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter, melted
- 4 large cloves Garlic, minced very finely
- 2 Tablespoons Packed Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- 1 Tablespoon Freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Parsley, chopped, for finishing garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
- Pat the salmon fillets thoroughly dry with paper towels. Place them on the prepared baking sheet and season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Melt the 4 tablespoons of butter (either stovetop or microwave).
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, brown sugar, smoked paprika, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Whisk until the sugar begins to dissolve slightly.
- Spoon or brush the glaze mixture evenly over the top (flesh side) of each salmon fillet.
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- Carefully remove the salmon from the oven. Garnish immediately with the freshly chopped parsley and serve piping hot.
