Ingredients:

  • 4 (approx. 6 oz / 170g each) Salmon Fillets
  • 1/2 teaspoon Coarse Kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Freshly ground Black Pepper
  • 4 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 4 large cloves Garlic, minced very finely
  • 2 Tablespoons Packed Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 Tablespoon Freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Parsley, chopped, for finishing garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets thoroughly dry with paper towels. Place them on the prepared baking sheet and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  3. Melt the 4 tablespoons of butter (either stovetop or microwave).
  4. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, brown sugar, smoked paprika, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Whisk until the sugar begins to dissolve slightly.
  5. Spoon or brush the glaze mixture evenly over the top (flesh side) of each salmon fillet.
  6. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  7. Carefully remove the salmon from the oven. Garnish immediately with the freshly chopped parsley and serve piping hot.
