Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs (900g) Salmon Filet, skin on or off, cut into 4 portions
  • ½ cup (120ml) Spicy Brown Mustard
  • ¼ cup (25g) Parmesan Cheese, finely grated
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste (Optional)
  • Fresh parsley or chives, chopped, for garnish (Optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
  3. Arrange the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each piece.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the spicy brown mustard and grated Parmesan cheese together.
  5. Spread the mustard-Parmesan mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet, ensuring the entire surface is covered.
  6. Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper, if desired.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. The internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C).
  8. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley or chives, if desired. Serve immediately.
