Ingredients:
- 2 lbs (900g) Salmon Filet, skin on or off, cut into 4 portions
- ½ cup (120ml) Spicy Brown Mustard
- ¼ cup (25g) Parmesan Cheese, finely grated
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste (Optional)
- Fresh parsley or chives, chopped, for garnish (Optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
- Arrange the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each piece.
- In a small bowl, mix the spicy brown mustard and grated Parmesan cheese together.
- Spread the mustard-Parmesan mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet, ensuring the entire surface is covered.
- Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper, if desired.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. The internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C).
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley or chives, if desired. Serve immediately.
