- Tbsp Fresh Dill, chopped
- tsp Lemon Zest
- Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
- tsp Coarse Sea Salt
- ½ tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- Extra thin lemon slices for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.

- Place 1-2 thin slices of fresh lemon directly on top of each fillet as garnish.
- Transfer the baking sheet to the preheated oven. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
- The salmon is done when it flakes easily with a fork. The internal temperature, checked at the thickest part, should read 145°F (63°C).
- Remove from the oven and let rest on the pan for 2 minutes before plating immediately.
