Ingredients:
- 2 (10.75 oz) cans Campbell's Condensed Chicken Gumbo Soup
- 1 soup can of water
- 1 teaspoon dried minced onion
- ½ teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¾ cup uncooked instant white rice
- ½ pound cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In the casserole dish, stir together the Campbell's soup, water, dried minced onion, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, and uncooked instant white rice.
- Gently fold in the cooked shrimp, distributing them evenly throughout the mixture.
- Cover the casserole dish (optional) and bake for 35 minutes, or until the rice is cooked through and the mixture is heated through.
- Remove from oven, let stand for a few minutes, and stir well before serving.
