Ingredients:

  • 2 (10.75 oz) cans Campbell's Condensed Chicken Gumbo Soup
  • 1 soup can of water
  • 1 teaspoon dried minced onion
  • ½ teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¾ cup uncooked instant white rice
  • ½ pound cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In the casserole dish, stir together the Campbell's soup, water, dried minced onion, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, and uncooked instant white rice.
  3. Gently fold in the cooked shrimp, distributing them evenly throughout the mixture.
  4. Cover the casserole dish (optional) and bake for 35 minutes, or until the rice is cooked through and the mixture is heated through.
  5. Remove from oven, let stand for a few minutes, and stir well before serving.
