Ingredients:
- 4 (6 oz / 170g) tilapia fillets
- 1/2 tsp (3g) kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp (1g) cracked black pepper
- 2 tbsp (28g) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tbsp (15ml) fresh lemon juice
- 3 cloves (9g) garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp (1g) paprika
- 1 tbsp (3g) fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
- Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange the dried tilapia fillets in a single layer and sprinkle both sides evenly with salt and black pepper.
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, lemon juice, minced garlic, and paprika until the sauce is uniform and golden-orange.
- Spoon the lemon garlic mixture generously over each fillet, coating the top entirely. Place the baking sheet on the center rack of an oven preheated to 400°F (200°C).
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork, or reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- Garnish with fresh chopped parsley immediately before serving.
