- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) Old Bay seasoning
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) paprika
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 tablespoon (15 g) chopped fresh parsley
- Salt, to taste
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions:
- In a medium saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat.
- Once melted, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Stir in Old Bay seasoning, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Incorporate freshly squeezed lemon juice and stir well to combine.
- Taste the sauce and add salt as needed, then add chopped parsley for freshness.
- Remove from heat and serve warm with your favorite seafood boil components or as a dipping sauce.
