Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Juice of 2 lemons (about 1/4 cup)
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 sea bass fillets (6 oz each)
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well blended.
  2. Place the sea bass fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over the fish
  3. Heat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F/190°C).
  4. Remove the fish from the marinade (discard any leftover marinade) and place fillets on the grill, skin side down if applicable. Grill for 5-7 minutes covered, then flip carefully and grill an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Remove the fish from the grill, garnish with fresh herbs, and serve with lemon wedges.
