Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Juice of 2 lemons (about 1/4 cup)
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 sea bass fillets (6 oz each)
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well blended.
- Place the sea bass fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over the fish
- Heat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F/190°C).
- Remove the fish from the marinade (discard any leftover marinade) and place fillets on the grill, skin side down if applicable. Grill for 5-7 minutes covered, then flip carefully and grill an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove the fish from the grill, garnish with fresh herbs, and serve with lemon wedges.
