Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 lemons (zested and juiced)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 sea bass fillets (about 6 ounces each, skin-on preferred)
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Place sea bass fillets in a shallow dish, and pour the marinade over them. Ensure they are evenly coated and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 400°F / 190°C to 200°C).
- Remove fish from marinade and shake off excess. Place the fillets skin-side down on the grill. Cook for 5-6 minutes, then flip and grill for an additional 5-6 minutes.
- Remove from grill and let rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
