Ingredients:
- 3 (6 oz / 170g) Cod fillets
- 1 tbsp (15ml) Olive oil
- 1/2 tsp (3g) Salt
- 1/4 tsp (1g) Ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup (60ml) Teriyaki sauce
- 1 tbsp (21g) Honey
- 1 tsp (5ml) Grated fresh ginger
- 1 clove (5g) Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp (3g) Toasted sesame seeds
- 2 stalks (10g) Green onion, thinly sliced
Instructions:
- Pat the cod fillets completely dry with paper towels to ensure the glaze sticks.
- Rub each fillet with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the teriyaki sauce, honey, ginger, and garlic.
- Using a pastry brush, apply a thick, even layer of the glaze to the top and sides of the fish.
- Place fillets in the air fryer basket with space between them and cook at 400°F (200°C) for 8 to 10 minutes until the top is deep mahogany and the fish flakes easily.
- Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and thinly sliced green onions.
