Ingredients:

  • 3 (6 oz / 170g) Cod fillets
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) Olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp (3g) Salt
  • 1/4 tsp (1g) Ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) Teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tbsp (21g) Honey
  • 1 tsp (5ml) Grated fresh ginger
  • 1 clove (5g) Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp (3g) Toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 stalks (10g) Green onion, thinly sliced

Instructions:

  1. Pat the cod fillets completely dry with paper towels to ensure the glaze sticks.
  2. Rub each fillet with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the teriyaki sauce, honey, ginger, and garlic.
  4. Using a pastry brush, apply a thick, even layer of the glaze to the top and sides of the fish.
  5. Place fillets in the air fryer basket with space between them and cook at 400°F (200°C) for 8 to 10 minutes until the top is deep mahogany and the fish flakes easily.
  6. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and thinly sliced green onions.
