Ingredients:

  • 400g Potatoes
  • 80g Tarako
  • 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • Slightly less than 1 tsp Granulated Sugar
  • ½ to 1 tsp Rice Vinegar
  • 2-3 tbsp Green Onion

Instructions:

  1. Cook the potatoes: Boil or microwave until tender.
  2. Prepare the Tarako Mayonnaise: Combine mayonnaise, sugar, and vinegar in a bowl.
  3. Incorporate the Tarako: Gently mix tarako into the mayonnaise mixture.
  4. Mash the Potatoes: Mash the cooked potatoes to your desired consistency.
  5. Combine and Season: Add tarako mayonnaise sauce to the mashed potatoes. Mix well and adjust seasoning.
  6. Add Green Onion and Chill: Stir in green onion, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
