Ingredients:
- 400g Potatoes
- 80g Tarako
- 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
- Slightly less than 1 tsp Granulated Sugar
- ½ to 1 tsp Rice Vinegar
- 2-3 tbsp Green Onion
Instructions:
- Cook the potatoes: Boil or microwave until tender.
- Prepare the Tarako Mayonnaise: Combine mayonnaise, sugar, and vinegar in a bowl.
- Incorporate the Tarako: Gently mix tarako into the mayonnaise mixture.
- Mash the Potatoes: Mash the cooked potatoes to your desired consistency.
- Combine and Season: Add tarako mayonnaise sauce to the mashed potatoes. Mix well and adjust seasoning.
- Add Green Onion and Chill: Stir in green onion, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
