Ingredients:

  • 3 lbs Snow Crab Legs, thawed
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl or saucepan, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until the mixture is a uniform orange-red hue and the garlic is evenly suspended.
  2. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Lightly brush the grill grates with olive oil to prevent sticking. Place the crab clusters directly on the grates and grill for 3–5 minutes per side until the shells turn a vibrant mahogany-colored red with light char marks.
  3. During the last 2 minutes of grilling, generously brush the garlic butter over all sides of the crab legs. Let the butter bubble and sizzle on the shell until the legs are heated through to the center, then remove immediately from the heat.
