Ingredients:
- 2 lbs (900g) Snow Crab Legs, thawed if frozen
- 1/2 cup (115g) Unsalted Butter, softened (or vegan butter alternative)
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving (optional)
Instructions:
- Thaw crab legs completely if frozen. Rinse briefly under cold water.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant (about 1 minute). Remove from heat and stir in parsley, lemon juice, oregano, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper.
- Fill a large pot with about 2 inches of water and bring to a boil. Place crab legs in a steamer basket or colander. Cover and steam for 5-10 minutes, or until heated through.
- Arrange the steamed crab legs on a platter. Drizzle with garlic-herb butter. Serve with lemon wedges and nutcrackers or kitchen shears.
