Instructions:

  3. Slowly drizzle in the lime juice while whisking constantly until the sauce thickens and becomes glossy.
  4. Fold in the garlic paste.
  5. Transfer the aioli to an airtight container and refrigerate for 15 minutes to allow flavors to fuse.
