Ingredients:
- ½ cup (115g) Japanese Kewpie Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp (5ml) Toasted Sesame Oil
- 2 tbsp (30ml) Sriracha sauce
- ¼ tsp (1.5g) Garlic powder
- 1 tsp (5ml) Fresh lime juice
- ½ tsp (2.5g) Honey
Instructions:
- Place the mayonnaise and toasted sesame oil into your mixing bowl. Whisk gently until the oil is fully incorporated and the mixture looks glossy and uniform.
- Stir in the Sriracha and garlic powder. Whisk until the sauce turns a consistent, pale orange color with no streaks of white mayo remaining.
- Add the lime juice and honey. Continue whisking for 30 seconds until the sauce reaches a smooth, pourable consistency.
