Ingredients:

  • ½ cup (115g) Japanese Kewpie Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp (5ml) Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) Sriracha sauce
  • ¼ tsp (1.5g) Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp (5ml) Fresh lime juice
  • ½ tsp (2.5g) Honey

Instructions:

  1. Place the mayonnaise and toasted sesame oil into your mixing bowl. Whisk gently until the oil is fully incorporated and the mixture looks glossy and uniform.
  2. Stir in the Sriracha and garlic powder. Whisk until the sauce turns a consistent, pale orange color with no streaks of white mayo remaining.
  3. Add the lime juice and honey. Continue whisking for 30 seconds until the sauce reaches a smooth, pourable consistency.
