Ingredients:
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, orange juice, lime zest, orange zest, garlic, chili powder, smoked paprika, salt, and red pepper flakes. Whisk until well combined.
- Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the marinade. Toss to ensure all shrimp are coated. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill (or grill pan) over medium-high heat.
- Thread shrimp onto skewers, being careful not to overcrowd them.
- Place shrimp on the grill. Cook for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until the shrimp are opaque and slightly charred.
- Remove shrimp from the grill and transfer to a serving platter. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
