Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves (15g) garlic, minced
- 1 tsp (2g) smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp (1g) cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp (3g) kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp (1g) cracked black pepper
- 1 tbsp (15ml) fresh lemon juice
- 2 lbs (900g) Snow Crab or Grilled Dungeness crab legs (thawed)
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges for serving
- 2 tbsp (30g) fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
- Pat the thawed crab legs completely dry using paper towels.
- Place crab legs on a baking sheet and brush generously with half of the spiced butter mixture, allowing them to sit for 5 minutes.
- Preheat the outdoor grill to medium-high heat.
- Place crab legs directly over the heat and grill for 3–5 minutes per side until a mahogany-colored char develops.
- During the final 2 minutes of grilling, brush the remaining spiced butter over the legs for a glossy finish.
- Remove from the grill immediately once the meat is warmed through and serve with lemon wedges and chopped parsley.
