Ingredients:
- 2 Basa fillets (approximately 6 oz/170g each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, parsley, dill, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Whisk to combine.
- Place Basa fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Spoon the lemon-herb mixture evenly over each fillet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. The internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C).
- Serve immediately. Garnish with an extra squeeze of lemon, if desired.
