Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp Dark Brown Sugar, packed
  • 1 tbsp Kosher Salt
  • 1 tsp Freshly Cracked Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Dried Thyme
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Mustard
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Combine 3 tbsp Dark Brown Sugar, 1 tbsp Kosher Salt, 1 tsp Freshly Cracked Black Pepper, 1 tbsp Smoked Paprika, 1 tbsp Garlic Powder, 1 tsp Onion Powder, 1 tsp Dried Thyme, 1/2 tsp Ground Mustard, and 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper.
  2. Use a fork to break up any clumps in the brown sugar until the mixture looks like dark, gritty sand.
