Ingredients:
- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs (approximately 1.5 lbs / 680 g)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted (30 g)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (30 ml)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (5 g)
- 1 teaspoon onion powder (5 g)
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano (5 g)
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme (5 g)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish (10 g)
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels to ensure crispy skin.
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the marinade all over the chicken thighs, making sure to get under the skin for maximum flavor.
- Place the chicken thighs skin-side up in a baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges if desired.
