Ingredients:

  • 250g all-purpose flour, plus extra for dusting
  • 250g Quark (or full-fat Greek yogurt)
  • 6 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Tomato sauce
  • Grated mozzarella cheese
  • Pepperoni slices
  • Sliced mushrooms
  • Sliced bell peppers
  • Any other toppings of your choice!

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C or Gas Mark 6). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while it preheats.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the Quark and oil to the dry ingredients.
  4. Mix with a spoon or your hands until a dough forms. It will be slightly sticky.
  5. Divide the dough into 4 portions.
  6. On a lightly floured surface, roll or press out each portion of dough into a pizza base.
  7. Transfer the pizza base(s) to a baking sheet or pizza stone. Spread with tomato sauce, sprinkle with cheese, and add your desired toppings.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
