Ingredients:
- 250g all-purpose flour, plus extra for dusting
- 250g Quark (or full-fat Greek yogurt)
- 6 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Tomato sauce
- Grated mozzarella cheese
- Pepperoni slices
- Sliced mushrooms
- Sliced bell peppers
- Any other toppings of your choice!
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C or Gas Mark 6). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while it preheats.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the Quark and oil to the dry ingredients.
- Mix with a spoon or your hands until a dough forms. It will be slightly sticky.
- Divide the dough into 4 portions.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll or press out each portion of dough into a pizza base.
- Transfer the pizza base(s) to a baking sheet or pizza stone. Spread with tomato sauce, sprinkle with cheese, and add your desired toppings.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
