Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Vodka
- 0.75 oz Blue Curacao
- 0.5 oz Coconut Cream
- 1 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
- 0.5 oz Lime Juice (freshly squeezed)
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters (optional)
- Ice cubes
- Fresh pineapple wedge for garnish
- Maraschino cherry for garnish
Instructions:
- Prepare Your Glassware: Choose a tall glass or a hurricane glass for serving. If desired, chill the glass by filling it with ice water while you prepare the cocktail.
- Mix the Ingredients: In a cocktail shaker
- Add Ice: Fill the shaker with ice cubes to about halfway full.
- Shake It Up: Securely close the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
- Strain and Serve: Remove your chilled glass from the ice water if you used it to chill. Strain the mixture into your prepared glass filled with fresh ice cubes.
- Garnish Your Drink: Add a fresh pineapple wedge on the rim of your glass and drop in a maraschino cherry on top for an eye-catching finish.
