Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Vodka
  • 0.75 oz Blue Curacao
  • 0.5 oz Coconut Cream
  • 1 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
  • 0.5 oz Lime Juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters (optional)
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh pineapple wedge for garnish
  • Maraschino cherry for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Your Glassware: Choose a tall glass or a hurricane glass for serving. If desired, chill the glass by filling it with ice water while you prepare the cocktail.
  2. Mix the Ingredients: In a cocktail shaker
  3. Add Ice: Fill the shaker with ice cubes to about halfway full.
  4. Shake It Up: Securely close the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
  5. Strain and Serve: Remove your chilled glass from the ice water if you used it to chill. Strain the mixture into your prepared glass filled with fresh ice cubes.
  6. Garnish Your Drink: Add a fresh pineapple wedge on the rim of your glass and drop in a maraschino cherry on top for an eye-catching finish.
