Ingredients:
- 1 cup blue curaçao liqueur
- 1 cup coconut cream (or coconut milk for a lighter option)
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice (about 4 limes)
- Ice cubes, to serve
- Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
- Lime slices, for garnish
- Optional: Edible glitter or blue sugar rim for glass decoration
Instructions:
- Prepare Glassware (Optional): Wet the rims of two tall glasses with lime juice and dip them into edible glitter or blue sugar.
- Mix the Base: In a large cocktail shaker or mixing jug, combine the blue curaçao liqueur, coconut cream (or coconut milk), pineapple juice, and freshly squeezed lime juice.
- Shake it Up: Fill the shaker halfway with ice cubes. Securely close it and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well mixed and chilled.
- Serve: Fill your prepared glasses with ice cubes if desired. Strain the mixture from the shaker into each glass until they are almost full.
- Garnish & Enjoy: Garnish each drink with fresh mint leaves and a slice of lime on the rim of the glass. Serve immediately.
