Ingredients:
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb scallops
- 1 cup clams, fresh or canned
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Boil salted water in a large pot, then cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add shrimp and scallops; cook for approximately 3-4 minutes or until they turn opaque. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic; sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in white wine; simmer for 2-3 minutes until reduced by half. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add cooked pasta, seafood, and Parmesan cheese to the sauce in the skillet. Toss until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Plate the fettuccine and garnish with fresh parsley. Enjoy!
