Ingredients:

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb scallops
  • 1 cup clams, fresh or canned
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Boil salted water in a large pot, then cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add shrimp and scallops; cook for approximately 3-4 minutes or until they turn opaque. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic; sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in white wine; simmer for 2-3 minutes until reduced by half. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Add cooked pasta, seafood, and Parmesan cheese to the sauce in the skillet. Toss until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Plate the fettuccine and garnish with fresh parsley. Enjoy!
