Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, add paprika, sea salt, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, thyme, black pepper, cayenne pepper, lemon zest, and mustard powder.
  2. Whisk or stir together until all ingredients are evenly incorporated, ensuring no lumps remain.
  3. Start with a small taste to assess flavor. Adjust seasoning to personal preference (more cayenne for heat, more salt if needed).
  4. Transfer the seasoning into an airtight container and store in a cool, dark place.
  5. Use approximately 1-2 tablespoons seasoning per pound of seafood during cooking.
