Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsalted butter (226 g)
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic (15 g)
- 1 teaspoon paprika (2 g)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice (5 ml)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 cup olive oil (240 ml)
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning (30 g)
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic (15 g)
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (2 g, adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (15 ml)
- Salt to taste
- ½ cup yellow mustard (120 g)
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar (60 ml)
- 2 tablespoons honey (30 g)
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce (15 ml)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Stir in paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper; mix well.
- Remove from heat and set aside.
- In the same saucepan, combine olive oil and Cajun seasoning.
- Add minced garlic and cayenne pepper; stir over medium heat for 5 minutes.
- Stir in apple cider vinegar and salt; mix and adjust seasoning.
- Remove from heat and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together yellow mustard, apple cider vinegar, honey, and hot sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix until fully combined.
- Transfer all sauces to serving bowls.
- Serve immediately alongside your seafood boil.
