Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh or pre-cooked crab meat, flaked
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, finely diced
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, finely diced
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Dice celery, red bell pepper, and onion fine; chop parsley and dill.
- In a mixing bowl, add crab meat and shrimp; gently fold in celery, red bell pepper, and onion.
- In a separate bowl, whisk mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, lemon zest, parsley, dill, garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Pour the dressing over the seafood mixture and gently fold until everything is evenly coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes for flavors to meld.
- Spoon the seafood dressing onto seafood entrées or serve as a side with crostini or crackers.
