Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh or pre-cooked crab meat, flaked
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery, finely diced
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Dice celery, red bell pepper, and onion fine; chop parsley and dill.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add crab meat and shrimp; gently fold in celery, red bell pepper, and onion.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, lemon zest, parsley, dill, garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Pour the dressing over the seafood mixture and gently fold until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes for flavors to meld.
  6. Spoon the seafood dressing onto seafood entrées or serve as a side with crostini or crackers.
