Ingredients:
- 2 oz dry gin
- 4 oz tomato juice, chilled
- 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
- 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 2 dashes hot sauce
- 1 pinch celery salt
- 4 small celery stalks
- 4 pimento-stuffed olives
- 1 pinch sweet paprika
Instructions:
- Combine the gin, chilled tomato juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce in a cocktail shaker.
- Fill the shaker with a generous handful of ice and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until the shaker is frost-cold.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into four chilled shot glasses.
- Rim the glasses with celery salt and garnish each shot with a miniature celery stalk, a pimento-stuffed olive, and a dusting of sweet paprika.
