Ingredients:

  • 2 oz dry gin
  • 4 oz tomato juice, chilled
  • 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 dashes hot sauce
  • 1 pinch celery salt
  • 4 small celery stalks
  • 4 pimento-stuffed olives
  • 1 pinch sweet paprika

Instructions:

  1. Combine the gin, chilled tomato juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Fill the shaker with a generous handful of ice and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until the shaker is frost-cold.
  3. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into four chilled shot glasses.
  4. Rim the glasses with celery salt and garnish each shot with a miniature celery stalk, a pimento-stuffed olive, and a dusting of sweet paprika.
