Ingredients:

  • 2 slices pre-cooked (or smoked) salmon, about 4 oz (115g) each
  • 1 cup (240ml) teriyaki sauce
  • 1 cup (240ml) orange juice
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions:

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together teriyaki sauce, orange juice, and garlic powder.
  2. Place the pre-cooked salmon slices into the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Let soak for 30 minutes, turning occasionally.
  3. Remove the salmon from the marinade (discard used marinade). Plate the salmon, and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
