- 1 cup (240ml) teriyaki sauce
- 1 cup (240ml) orange juice
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions:
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together teriyaki sauce, orange juice, and garlic powder.
- Place the pre-cooked salmon slices into the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Let soak for 30 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Remove the salmon from the marinade (discard used marinade). Plate the salmon, and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
