- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
Instructions:
- Pat the shrimp thoroughly with paper towels to remove excess moisture, ensuring a crispy crust.
- In a large bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil until evenly coated.
- Sprinkle the smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne over the shrimp and toss again until fully enveloped in the seasoning.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in the basket, ensuring they do not touch to allow proper airflow.
- Cook for 3 minutes, flip the shrimp using tongs, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Remove immediately once the shrimp are opaque pink and have a slight char on the edges.
