Ingredients:

  • ounces cream cheese, softened
  • cup mayonnaise
  • /2 cup sour cream
  • cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • /2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • /2 teaspoon hot sauce
  • /2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • /4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • pound crab meat, drained and picked over

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease an 8 or 9-inch pie dish or a 1.5-quart oven-safe casserole dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Mix vigorously with a spatula until the mixture is completely smooth with no lumps remaining.
  3. Add the cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the dairy mixture. Mix until just combined.
  4. Gently fold the drained crab meat into the mixture, using a light hand to keep the lumps of crab intact.
  5. Spoon the entire mixture evenly into your prepared baking dish and smooth the top slightly.
  6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the dip is heated through, puffy around the edges, and the top is lightly golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven, let it rest for 5 minutes, sprinkle with fresh parsley (if using), and serve piping hot with crackers or crudités.
