Ingredients:
- ounces cream cheese, softened
- cup mayonnaise
- /2 cup sour cream
- cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- /2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- /2 teaspoon hot sauce
- /2 teaspoon garlic powder
- /4 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- pound crab meat, drained and picked over
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease an 8 or 9-inch pie dish or a 1.5-quart oven-safe casserole dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Mix vigorously with a spatula until the mixture is completely smooth with no lumps remaining.
- Add the cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the dairy mixture. Mix until just combined.
- Gently fold the drained crab meat into the mixture, using a light hand to keep the lumps of crab intact.
- Spoon the entire mixture evenly into your prepared baking dish and smooth the top slightly.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the dip is heated through, puffy around the edges, and the top is lightly golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, let it rest for 5 minutes, sprinkle with fresh parsley (if using), and serve piping hot with crackers or crudités.
