Ingredients:
- 4 (6 oz / 170g) tilapia fillets
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (205°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly brush with olive oil.
- Pat the tilapia fillets thoroughly dry with paper towels. Season both sides evenly with salt and black pepper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, lemon juice, minced garlic, and smoked paprika.
- Spoon the glaze generously over each fillet, ensuring the edges are fully coated.
- Place fillets on the baking sheet and bake uncovered for 12-15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) and the flesh flakes easily.
- Remove from the oven and immediately garnish with fresh parsley.
