Ingredients:

  • 4 (6 oz / 170g) tilapia fillets
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (205°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly brush with olive oil.
  2. Pat the tilapia fillets thoroughly dry with paper towels. Season both sides evenly with salt and black pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, lemon juice, minced garlic, and smoked paprika.
  4. Spoon the glaze generously over each fillet, ensuring the edges are fully coated.
  5. Place fillets on the baking sheet and bake uncovered for 12-15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) and the flesh flakes easily.
  6. Remove from the oven and immediately garnish with fresh parsley.
