Ingredients:
- 4 (6 ounce) Salmon Fillets
- 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Coarse Sea Salt
- 1/2 tsp Cracked Black Pepper
- 3 tbsp Raw Honey
- 2 cloves Garlic, microplaned
- 1 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 tbsp Fresh Dill, finely chopped
Instructions:
- Preheat. Set your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prep Foil. Lay out four large squares of heavy duty foil on a baking sheet.
- Dry Fish. Pat the 4 (6 ounce) Salmon Fillets dry with paper towels until the surface is matte.
- Whisk Glaze. In a small bowl, combine 3 tbsp Raw Honey, 2 cloves microplaned Garlic, 1 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice, 1 tsp Lemon Zest, and 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika.
- Oil Base. Drizzle 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil over the fillets and season with 1 tsp Coarse Sea Salt and 1/2 tsp Cracked Black Pepper.
- Apply Glaze. Brush the honey mixture generously over the top and sides of each fillet.
- Seal Pouches. Fold the foil over the fish and crimp the edges until no steam can escape.
- Bake. Place in the oven for 12 minutes until the kitchen smells like sweet garlic.
- Broil (Optional). Open the foil carefully and broil for 2 minutes until the honey starts to bubble and caramelize.
- Garnish. Sprinkle with 1 tbsp finely chopped Fresh Dill and serve immediately.
