  • 3 tbsp Raw Honey
  • 2 cloves Garlic, microplaned
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Dill, finely chopped

Instructions:

  1. Preheat. Set your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prep Foil. Lay out four large squares of heavy duty foil on a baking sheet.
  3. Dry Fish. Pat the 4 (6 ounce) Salmon Fillets dry with paper towels until the surface is matte.
  4. Whisk Glaze. In a small bowl, combine 3 tbsp Raw Honey, 2 cloves microplaned Garlic, 1 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice, 1 tsp Lemon Zest, and 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika.

  6. Apply Glaze. Brush the honey mixture generously over the top and sides of each fillet.
  7. Seal Pouches. Fold the foil over the fish and crimp the edges until no steam can escape.
  8. Bake. Place in the oven for 12 minutes until the kitchen smells like sweet garlic.
