Ingredients:
- 6 (6 oz / 170g) Tilapia fillets, patted dry
- 1/2 tsp (3g) salt
- 1/4 tsp (1g) cracked black pepper
- 3 tbsp (42g) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tbsp (15ml) fresh lemon juice
- 2 cloves (6g) garlic, minced
- 1 tsp (2g) dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp (2g) paprika
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line your baking sheet with parchment paper. Pat the tilapia fillets completely dry with paper towels and arrange them in a single layer on the tray.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, lemon juice, minced garlic, parsley, and paprika. Season the fillets lightly with salt and pepper, then spoon the glaze evenly over each piece of fish, ensuring the edges are well-coated.
- Bake in the center rack of the oven for 10–12 minutes until the flesh changes from translucent to an opaque ivory-white and flakes easily when pressed with a fork.
