Ingredients:
- 3.5 lbs Beef Chuck Roast, well-marbled
- 2 tbsp Neutral oil (Avocado or Vegetable oil)
- 1 tsp Coarse black pepper
- 1 packet (28 g) Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix
- 1 packet (28 g) Au Jus Gravy Mix
- 0.5 cup (113 g) Unsalted butter
- 10 Whole Pepperoncini peppers
- 0.25 cup (60 ml) Pepperoncini juice
- 0.5 cup (120 ml) Beef bone broth
Instructions:
- Set the Ninja Foodi Possible Cooker Pro to 'Sear/Saute' on High. Pat the roast dry and season with coarse black pepper.
- Add oil to the pot and brown the roast for 5–7 minutes per side until a golden-brown crust forms. Temporarily remove the roast.
- Pour beef bone broth into the pot to deglaze, scraping up the brown bits. Place the roast back in.
- Sprinkle the dry Ranch and Au Jus mixes over the meat. Top with the stick of butter and scatter pepperoncinis and juice around the roast.
- Switch to 'Slow Cook' on Low. Cover and cook for 8 hours until the internal temperature reaches 202°F and the meat is tender.
- Shred the beef directly in the pot using forks and toss in the juices before serving.
