Ingredients:

  • 3.5 lbs Beef Chuck Roast, well-marbled
  • 2 tbsp Neutral oil (Avocado or Vegetable oil)
  • 1 tsp Coarse black pepper
  • 1 packet (28 g) Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix
  • 1 packet (28 g) Au Jus Gravy Mix
  • 0.5 cup (113 g) Unsalted butter
  • 10 Whole Pepperoncini peppers
  • 0.25 cup (60 ml) Pepperoncini juice
  • 0.5 cup (120 ml) Beef bone broth

Instructions:

  1. Set the Ninja Foodi Possible Cooker Pro to 'Sear/Saute' on High. Pat the roast dry and season with coarse black pepper.
  2. Add oil to the pot and brown the roast for 5–7 minutes per side until a golden-brown crust forms. Temporarily remove the roast.
  3. Pour beef bone broth into the pot to deglaze, scraping up the brown bits. Place the roast back in.
  4. Sprinkle the dry Ranch and Au Jus mixes over the meat. Top with the stick of butter and scatter pepperoncinis and juice around the roast.
  5. Switch to 'Slow Cook' on Low. Cover and cook for 8 hours until the internal temperature reaches 202°F and the meat is tender.
  6. Shred the beef directly in the pot using forks and toss in the juices before serving.
