- 8 oz fresh salmon fillet, skin removed
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened

Instructions:
- Gather all ingredients and tools. Remove the skin from the salmon fillet if necessary.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and fresh lemon juice. Use a fork or mixer to blend until smooth and creamy.
- Flake the fresh salmon into the bowl with the cream cheese mixture. Use a fork to gently fold in the salmon until evenly combined.
