Ingredients:

  • 2 cans Chicken of the Sea salmon, drained
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (or dried parsley)
  • Whole grain bread or lettuce leaves for serving

Instructions:
