- 2 cans Chicken of the Sea salmon, drained
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (or dried parsley)
- Whole grain bread or lettuce leaves for serving
Instructions:
- (1) In a mixing bowl, combine the drained salmon, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
