Ingredients:

  • 1-2 White Fish Fillets (4-6 oz)
  • Water, as needed
  • Pinch of Salt (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder

Instructions:

  1. In a small saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add salt and turmeric powder.
  2. Gently place the fish fillets into the boiling water.
  3. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook until the fish is opaque and flakes easily (5-10 minutes).
  4. Carefully remove the fish from the water. Check thoroughly for any remaining bones and remove them.
  5. Using a fork, mash the fish to your desired consistency. For a smoother puree, use a food processor or blender. Add a little cooking liquid if needed.
  6. Allow the puree to cool slightly before serving.
