Ingredients:
- 1-2 White Fish Fillets (4-6 oz)
- Water, as needed
- Pinch of Salt (optional)
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
Instructions:
- In a small saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add salt and turmeric powder.
- Gently place the fish fillets into the boiling water.
- Reduce heat to a simmer and cook until the fish is opaque and flakes easily (5-10 minutes).
- Carefully remove the fish from the water. Check thoroughly for any remaining bones and remove them.
- Using a fork, mash the fish to your desired consistency. For a smoother puree, use a food processor or blender. Add a little cooking liquid if needed.
- Allow the puree to cool slightly before serving.
