Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (480 ml) water (divided: 1 cup boiling + 1 cup cold)
  • 1 cup (150 g) fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 package (3 oz / 85 g) blueberry-flavored Jell-O powder
  • 1 cup (150 g) gummy fish candies

Instructions:

  1. Rinse fresh blueberries or measure frozen blueberries.
  2. In a medium saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil.
  3. Remove the saucepan from heat and whisk in the Jell-O powder until fully dissolved.
  4. Stir in the remaining 1 cup of cold water and add the blueberries.
  5. Pour the mixture into individual cups or a large mold.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
  7. Once the Jell-O is set, gently place gummy fish on top before serving.
