Ingredients:
- 2 cups (480 ml) water (divided: 1 cup boiling + 1 cup cold)
- 1 cup (150 g) fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 package (3 oz / 85 g) blueberry-flavored Jell-O powder
- 1 cup (150 g) gummy fish candies
Instructions:
- Rinse fresh blueberries or measure frozen blueberries.
- In a medium saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and whisk in the Jell-O powder until fully dissolved.
- Stir in the remaining 1 cup of cold water and add the blueberries.
- Pour the mixture into individual cups or a large mold.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
- Once the Jell-O is set, gently place gummy fish on top before serving.
