Ingredients:
- 4 (6 oz) tilapia fillets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 large lemon
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to ensure the fillets don't adhere to the pan.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Brush the aromatic oil mixture evenly over the top of each tilapia fillet.
- Place the fillets on the prepared sheet and top each with a lemon slice.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes. The fish is done when the flesh is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- Finish with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and a sprinkle of chopped parsley.
