Ingredients:

  • 1 lb cooked lobster meat, cut into bite-sized chunks
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, cubed
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives, finely minced
  • 4 New England-style split-top hot dog buns
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions:

  1. Place the skillet over medium-low heat and add 4 tbsp of cubed butter, allowing it to melt slowly until it begins to foam.
  2. Add the lobster meat to the skillet and toss gently with tongs for 3–5 minutes until the meat is warmed through and glossy.
  3. Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the lemon juice, salt, pepper, and minced chives.
  4. Brush the sides of the split-top buns with melted butter and toast on a hot griddle or pan over medium heat until mahogany-colored and crisp.
  5. Spoon a generous portion of the warm lobster mixture into each toasted bun and serve immediately.
