Ingredients:
- 1 lb cooked lobster meat, cut into bite-sized chunks
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, cubed
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh chives, finely minced
- 4 New England-style split-top hot dog buns
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions:
- Place the skillet over medium-low heat and add 4 tbsp of cubed butter, allowing it to melt slowly until it begins to foam.
- Add the lobster meat to the skillet and toss gently with tongs for 3–5 minutes until the meat is warmed through and glossy.
- Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the lemon juice, salt, pepper, and minced chives.
- Brush the sides of the split-top buns with melted butter and toast on a hot griddle or pan over medium heat until mahogany-colored and crisp.
- Spoon a generous portion of the warm lobster mixture into each toasted bun and serve immediately.
