Ingredients:

  • 1 package tilapia (about 1-1.5 pounds or 450-680 g)
  • 1 cup lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 cup garlic salt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (15 ml)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Rinse the tilapia fillets under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Place the fillets on a clean cutting board.
  3. Generously sprinkle lemon pepper seasoning over both sides of the tilapia. Follow with a sprinkle of garlic salt, ensuring even coverage.
  4. Place the seasoned tilapia fillets in a baking dish. Drizzle lemon juice over the fillets.
  5. Tightly cover the baking dish with aluminum foil. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
