Ingredients:
- 1 package tilapia (about 1-1.5 pounds or 450-680 g)
- 1 cup lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 cup garlic salt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (15 ml)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Rinse the tilapia fillets under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Place the fillets on a clean cutting board.
- Generously sprinkle lemon pepper seasoning over both sides of the tilapia. Follow with a sprinkle of garlic salt, ensuring even coverage.
- Place the seasoned tilapia fillets in a baking dish. Drizzle lemon juice over the fillets.
- Tightly cover the baking dish with aluminum foil. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
