Ingredients:
- 6 (6 oz / 170g) tilapia fillets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
- Use paper towels to pat every tilapia fillet completely dry on both sides to ensure a proper sear.
- Lightly dust each dried fillet with salt.
- In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, lemon juice, lemon pepper seasoning, and minced garlic until evenly combined.
- Generously brush the lemon pepper butter mixture over the top and edges of each fillet.
- Cook using preferred method: Bake at 400°F (200°C) on a lined baking sheet for 12–15 minutes, or air fry at 400°F (200°C) until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
