Ingredients:
- 4 (6 oz) tilapia fillets, thawed and patted dry
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 lemon, sliced into rounds
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange the patted-dry tilapia fillets on the baking sheet so they are not touching, then season both sides evenly with salt and black pepper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, fresh lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, and paprika until the sauce is cohesive.
- Drizzle the garlic butter mixture evenly over each fillet and place one lemon slice on top of each piece of fish.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the oven and garnish immediately with fresh chopped parsley.
