- Pinch of flaky sea salt (optional)
- Freshly cracked black pepper (optional)
Instructions:
- Lay the flounder fillet on a clean cutting board. Using a very sharp knife, slice the fillet thinly, almost translucent.
- Arrange the flounder slices artfully on a serving plate or two individual plates. Aim for a slightly overlapping presentation.
- Drizzle the lemon-flavored olive oil evenly over the sliced flounder.
- Sprinkle the Italian seasoning over the carpaccio. Season lightly with flaky sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper, if desired.
