Ingredients:
- 1.5 lbs (680g) Tilapia fillets (about 4 fillets), skinless
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) Lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) Lemon zest, finely grated
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon (8g) Fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon (8g) Fresh thyme, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5g) Dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon (1.5g) Salt, or to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon (1.5g) Black pepper, freshly ground, or to taste
- Lemon wedges, for serving (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (optional).
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, parsley, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Place the tilapia fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the marinade evenly over both sides of the fish.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the tilapia is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. The internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C).
- Garnish with lemon wedges (optional) and serve immediately.
