- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Place salmon fillets in the bowl, coating them evenly with the marinade. Let sit for 10 minutes.
- Line the baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.
- Place the marinated salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin side down.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork, and its internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped parsley and lemon wedges, and serve immediately.
