  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for serving)
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place salmon fillets in the bowl, coating them evenly with the marinade. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  4. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.
  5. Place the marinated salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin side down.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork, and its internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  7. Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped parsley and lemon wedges, and serve immediately.
