Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (120g) Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp (15g) Dijon mustard
- 1 large clove (5g) Garlic, finely minced or pressed
- 1 tbsp (15ml) Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tsp (2g) Lemon zest, finely grated
- 1/2 tsp (1g) Dried dill
- 1/4 tsp (1.5g) Salt
- 1/8 tsp (0.5g) Black pepper
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard until the mixture is smooth and uniform.
- Fold in the minced garlic, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Stir vigorously until the zest is evenly distributed.
- Stir in the dried dill, salt, and black pepper. Taste and add an extra teaspoon of lemon juice if additional brightness is needed.
