Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (120g) Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp (15g) Dijon mustard
  • 1 large clove (5g) Garlic, finely minced or pressed
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tsp (2g) Lemon zest, finely grated
  • 1/2 tsp (1g) Dried dill
  • 1/4 tsp (1.5g) Salt
  • 1/8 tsp (0.5g) Black pepper

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard until the mixture is smooth and uniform.
  2. Fold in the minced garlic, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Stir vigorously until the zest is evenly distributed.
  3. Stir in the dried dill, salt, and black pepper. Taste and add an extra teaspoon of lemon juice if additional brightness is needed.
