Ingredients:
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp paprika
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
- Extra parsley sprigs
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika. Ensure every shrimp is well-coated and let sit for 10 minutes at room temperature.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Place shrimp in a single layer and grill for 2–3 minutes per side until they turn opaque and curl into a 'C' shape.
- Whisk together the melted butter, lemon juice, and zest. Immediately after removing the shrimp from the grill, transfer them to a warm platter and pour the lemon butter glaze over the top, tossing gently to coat.
