Ingredients:

  • 4 oz low-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp light mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 12 oz langostino lobster tails, thawed and well-drained
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Place the thawed langostino lobster tails in a fine-mesh strainer and press gently with a spoon to remove all excess liquid.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, light mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard until the mixture is smooth.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic, Old Bay seasoning, and smoked paprika until the color is a pale, consistent orange.
  4. Gently fold in the drained langostino lobster tails and lemon juice using a spatula.
  5. Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish and sprinkle the top with grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Place under a broiler for 3–5 minutes, or until the cheese on top is bubbly and mahogany-colored.
  7. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley.
