Ingredients:
- 4 oz low-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp light mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 12 oz langostino lobster tails, thawed and well-drained
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
- Place the thawed langostino lobster tails in a fine-mesh strainer and press gently with a spoon to remove all excess liquid.
- In a medium mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, light mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard until the mixture is smooth.
- Stir in the minced garlic, Old Bay seasoning, and smoked paprika until the color is a pale, consistent orange.
- Gently fold in the drained langostino lobster tails and lemon juice using a spatula.
- Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish and sprinkle the top with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Place under a broiler for 3–5 minutes, or until the cheese on top is bubbly and mahogany-colored.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley.
